Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef specializing in Hyderabadi and Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and maintain our high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional Hyderabadi Biryani, curries, and tandoor dishes.
- Supervise kitchen operations and junior staff.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Innovate new dishes while preserving authentic flavours.
- Manage inventory and liaise with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Indian/Hyderabadi cuisine.
- Expertise in Dum Biryani, Tandoori grilling, and Mughlai dishes.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) preferred.
